On February 12th, 2020, SMSFactor celebrated its 10th birthday. We thought it was the perfect occasion to comeback on the key moments of our first decade, but also to thank you for trusting us daily with your business texts sendings. We would not be here without you!

2010
10 years ago, Sebastien Magliolo created SMSFactor in his attic: a story worthy of American start-ups!
2011
After several months of work, SMSFactor launched the first version of its platform, centred on the sending of marketing sms and alerts sms. It signs its first clients and officially send its first sms campaigns.
2012
One year after the launch of its platform, SMSFactor is already sending several millions business texts for its clients.
2013
SMSFactor joins the CEEI (Startups Accelerator) based in Nice. The start-up benefits from a professional support and sets its first premises in the local incubator.
2014
For the first time since its creation, SMSFactor recruits its first employees.
The same year, SMSFactor upgrades its offer with a new version of its text messaging platform for businesses: quicker, more intuitive and that adapts to the progressive needs of its clients. SMSFactor also updates its website and its blog.
2015
In 2015, SMSFactor is a laureate of the Technology Fast 50 of Deloitte, that rewards each year the 50 French companies with the best growth.
The same year, the company also launches its new vote by SMS platform, following its partnership with the start-up competition Get in the Ring France.
2016
The next year, SMSFactor is a laureate of the Technology Fast 500 EMEA of Deloitte, being ranked among the compagnies with the best growth in Europe, Middle-East and Africa.
As a fast-growing company, SMSFactor starts to sponsor local clubs, among which les Aigles de Nice Hockey Club and l’AS Monaco féminine. We still accompany them today!
The same year, SMSFactor creates two new product that complete its already existing SMS solutions: SMS surveys and mail to sms.
To end a very busy year, SMSFactor exceeds one million revenue, for the first time since its creation.
2017
SMSFactor receives the French Tech Innovation Awards, delivered by Christian Estrosi, mayor of the city of Nice.
For the third year in a row, SMSFactor launches a new service, following several clients demands: reminders by SMS.
2018
For the second time, SMSFactor moves: after benefit from the professional support of the CEEI for several years, SMSFactor stands on its own two feet and moves to Saint-Laurent-du-Var.
This year, the company also integrates the Trust in Enterprise Messaging (TEM), program of the Mobile Ecosystem Forum (MEF), which operates to create an ethic and qualitative SMS market.
SMSFactor also beats its record of text messaging in a day, with over one million SMS.
2019
To continue to offer the best experience to its clients and visitors, SMSFactor launches a new website: more responsive whatever device you are using, with a new design clearer and more agreeable, and where all information can easily be found.
The company also launches 3 new business text services and maintain its position as a pure player: SMS+, sending business texts with a virtual long number and cleaning of customer file with the HLR look-up tool.
SMSFactor ends its ninth year with a revenue over 3 million euros, around 100 million SMS sent and having accompanied 6.000 professionals since its creation.
2020
